Cooking class: listen to the star chef Alvaro Cerri! TERMINATED

Training course to learn the secrets of professional cooking with the star chef Alvaro Cerri!

The course will last four lessons

Two evenings will be dedicated to a fish menu (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert) and the other two to a meat menu (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), both accompanied by a final dinner.
Each dish will be accompanied by a different wine.

Course menu

FIRST LESSON: - Toast of wholemeal bread with sea bass and aromatic herbs
- Steamed bundle with prawns and bisque with shrimp
-Bread stuffed with mint-flavored prawns
- Fresh caramelized fruit with star anise

SECOND LESSON: -Terrina di formagella, courgette green, shrimp and pomodo coulis -Tagliolini with sea bream ragù and clams
-Millefoglie of red tuna, potatoes and balsamic vinegar
- Yellow almond cake

THIRD LESSON: - Rabbit composition
-Tagliolini with roasted pigeon sauce
-Deer deer with pears in syrup
-Stuffe pastry studio

LESSON FOUR: - Poached egg with foie gras sauce
- Partridge tortelli with truffle sauce
- Dairy suckling pig with vegetables
- Diplomatic cake with orange cream, raspberries and strawberry jelly
